DELIVERY ERROR AND/OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS

Upon receiving your package, you are responsible for checking it in the presence of the carrier. If you encounter any problems, you must notify us by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by email with read receipt within 7 days (3 months for a lack of conformity). Any claim made after this period will be rejected without recourse and will release us from all liability.

In the event of a delivery error or exchange, all products must be returned to us in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and via tracked and insured shipping to the following address:

In all cases, the return is at the buyer's risk. We will always prioritize an amicable solution first.

Please include a note in your package to let us know if you would like a refund or a replacement (and if so, which product you would like).

Headbands, turbans, and hats, as well as personalized items, cannot be exchanged as they are all made to measure . Please ensure you select the correct size when purchasing (measure your child's head circumference – if none of the standard sizes fit, choose the made-to-measure option; I will be happy to contact you by email or phone to determine the exact head circumference). Similarly, for personalized clothing, please feel free to contact me before confirming your order if you have any doubts about the size. Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be modified. Personalized clothing is not handmade in our workshop; it is ordered from one of our suppliers.

Products must be returned in their original condition, in perfect condition for resale. They must therefore not have been worn, washed, or damaged. All goods will be inspected upon receipt.

⚠️ Shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer (RETURN AND RESHOP after exchange). We will of course take the costs of RETURN AND RESHOP in case of problems with the order or error on our part.

We advise you to return all items via post or Mondial Relay and to keep the tracking number. In case of loss of the package, no exchange or refund will be possible. Be sure to take out the necessary insurance when sending your package.

Please note: the following conditions must be strictly observed: "Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused."

delivery time

The estimated production time is between 7 and 10 days, but this may be longer during peak periods (such as winter). You will be informed of this when you place your order.

Once the item has been made and confirmed by me, delivery will be made within approximately 24 to 48 hours.
